"During the week of July 4th, my family was in a severe bind as the realtor we were using in Ft. Lauderdale was unable to close on a rental unit after approximately 8 weeks. Well on July 4th, my wife emailed Michelle regarding our situation. Moments later, we were surprised to see Michelle had responded (Yes on July 4th). Not just responded, she emailed numerous listings which included our specific perimeters with dates and times for viewing. We are from Mississippi but a family member had secured employment in Ft. Lauderdale with a quick start date. We traveled to the area and Michelle's instincts were spot on. A decision was made on a unit and Michelle used her persistence for a quick close. Prior to moving in, Michelle completed the punch list and held the landlord's foot to the fire to make needed repairs. After closing, some realtors would reason their job is finished and move on to the next client. Michelle stood with my family to ensure all utilities were connected, provided demographic data of the area, provided info on medical facilities, child care, etc. This was unsolicited help, Michelle saw our complete situation and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make a successful move to Ft. Lauderdale. To this day, she continues to help. My family found so much more than a realtor, we found a friend in Michelle. She did an exceptional job and her drive and commitment will prove to be two of her most salient realtor attributes. If the need for a realtor arise in that area again, the first person my family and I will be calling is Michele D'Agostino."
