I first became licensed as a real estate agent in 1974 at the insistence of my "super-agent mother" and actually ended up doing quite well. I made lots of friends, and learned that people considered me a good agent because I really cared about them, listened to what they said, and didn't "lie for the deal" I believe a lie is never "a deal" I have also been a certified real estate appraiser since 1985, and I believe that unique and hard-to- get experience gives me an edge when it comes to serving "my clients" due to my above-average knowledge of the inventory all over Broward and Palm Beach Counties, as well as the specific technical aspects of financing as it is impacted by the appraisal, which still leads to your bottom line. I was born in Texas and raised in Chicago's north side just blocks from Wrigley Field. I moved to Redondo Beach, California and then on to San Diego County where I met my wife. I have two daughters who have blessed us with seven grandchildren, most of whom live locally. We truly enjoy meeting people that we can have a good time with while helping them achieve their real estate goals.
