Raymond R. Kroll - I am the son of the founder of Kroll Realty .  I am now the Broker and Co-Owner, second generation. My mom and dad built the business from scratch in 1951 after relocating here from New Jersey. I received my real estate license in 1974 after getting my degree in Business and Finance and Business Administration. I have worked in commercial and residential real estate along side my parents. I watched the metropolitan areas of Fort Lauderdale and Pompano grow by leaps and bounds.  I can remember being able, as a kid, going outside my parent's home and hunting for quail and rabbits or fishing for jacks, pompanos and snappers from the intracoastal.   I am very proud to have one of the few remaining real estate companies that are "Family Owned and Operated".  After the passing of my parents, my brother Jon and I made the decision to keep Kroll Realty a family business, and I am proud to have my son and two daughters working along side me.  As a co-owner of the family business I spend a great deal of time working with my agents, motivating them and helping them to successfully close their transactions.  I was always taught that if you surround yourself with the right people, you will be a much greater success.  In fact, the good fortunes of Kroll Realty are a tribute to all of the great people that we have recruited and retained over the years.   In my off time, I enjoy fishing, hunting and spending time with my family.
	Jon Kroll -
	Natalie Canestri - I am originally from Connecticut, and relocated here in 1985.  I enjoyed raising my children, and once they were old enough I decided to start a career for myself.  I received my real estate license in 1987 and joined Kroll Realty.  At that time, I never thought that real estate would become my passion.  Since then, I am proud to be a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and I have been a top producer for Kroll Realty.  I have learned what true customer service is.  I know every corner of the tri-county area.  My clients deal directly with me, not an assistant.  I stay with them from beginning to closing.  My clients can reach me anytime, day or night.  My clients always come first.  I earn their trust! In my spare time, I love to entertain.  Cooking is another one of my passions.  My home on any given evening is full of friends and family.  I also enjoy decorating and I have helped many of my clients decorate their new homes.
	Holly Holstein - Originally from New Jersey, I have been a Floridian for twenty-six years.  I have been with Kroll Realty going on ten years and I specialize in condo sales on Fort Lauderdale Beach, although I have listed and sold many residential properties as well.  I have worked with first-time home buyers finding them the home of their dreams, as well as retirees and investors. I am a full-time Real Estate agent and I am always available for my clients.  I am dedicated to the needs of my clients and will provide nothing but excellent service and customer satisfaction, simply because I love what I do!   I have been commended by my company for having top sales and listings.  My clients are my top priority and I am thoroughly dedicated to them.    In my spare time I enjoy entertaining, cooking, socializing with my friends, swimming and working out.
	Andrea Iannucci - Born in East Brunswick, New Jersey, I relocated to sunny South Florida in 1975.  I joined the Kroll "Family" in 1999.  I have been serving Broward and South Palm Beach counties ever since.  Growing up here has provided me with a unique and valuable perspective of the real estate market.   I truly enjoy what I do, and the proof is in the results I provide for my clients.  From selecting the right neighborhoods to negotiating the price, I am deeply involved in every step of the process, and committed to a successful outcome for my client.  Whether buying or selling a home, my dedication to my client is from start to finish!  I specialize in relocation from around the world and can make, what could be a very stressful transition, to a smooth and easy transition for my client.   I enjoy long walks with my dog Max and socializing with my friends.  Yoga is another love I have - the peace and tranquility I get from yoga is priceless!
	Arlene Kerwit - I am originally from Westchester County, Tarrytown, New York and I relocated to South Florida in 1978.  After buying and selling twelve homes of my own, I finally decided that real estate was for me and I received my real estate license in 1979.  I joined Kroll Realty in 1988 and I have been very successful.  I love this company!  I specialize in residential real estate in the tri-county area.  I am a "people person" and I enjoy working with my clients from start to finish.  I am as confident with young 1st time homebuyers, as well as investors and retirees.  I am available 24/7 and you will always deal directly with me. In my spare time I love to entertain.  I enjoy sports, however, my great passion is NBA, especially the Miami Heat!
	Gwen Kroll - I am a native Floridian, born and raised in Deerfield Beach.  My family owns and operates Kroll Realty, and I have grown up in the business.  My specialties include residential sales and rentals.  I work closely with my family, and to me, it is a great honor to have that opportunity.  I am truly dedicated to my clients and to their satisfaction with my service.   In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family.
	Katie Kroll - I am a native Floridian, born and raised in Deerfield Beach.  My family owns and operates Kroll Realty.  I have a great working knowledge of all aspects of real estate.  I specialize in residential sales and rentals.  Nothing gives me more satisfaction than putting people together with their perfect home.  I enjoy working with my clients and I have built great relationships with them.   When I am not working real estate, I love to take long walks on the beach and just being outdoors.  I go to the gym every day to stay fit and healthy.
	Raymond A. Kroll  - I am the son of the owner, Raymond R. Kroll and I was born here in South Florida.  Being part of the Kroll family, I am proud to work beside my father and my sisters.  I specialize in residential sales and rentals.  I truly enjoy working with people and helping them find their perfect home.  I one day hope to follow in my grandfather's footsteps and become successful in the real estate market.  I am in the process of learning the commercial end of real estate and with a great mentor like my dad, I can't fail.   In my spare time I love to cook. I also have a passion for music. I hope to write music in the future. Another passion of mine is animals. I love my dog Trigger and I enjoy rollerblading with him.
	Jill Ludwig  - I am a Florida native, born and raised in Brevard County. I relocated to South Florida in 2002.  I am a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where I studied marketing, advertising and real estate.  I joined Kroll Realty in 2006.  I specialize in residential properties in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  I am hard working and dedicated to helping my clients get the best deal in the least amount of time with the least amount of obstacles.    I have a love of the outdoors - a day at the beach or boating is right up my alley.  Taking my dogs to the park brings me great pleasure.
	Tony Mahayni  - Born in Lebanon and raised in Maryland, I relocated to south Florida fifteen years ago.  I am a graduate of Montgomery College with a degree in Business.  I joined Kroll Realty  twelve years ago.  I specialize in commercial and residential real estate.  I work Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.  I am fluent in English and Arabic.   In my spare time, I enjoy going to football games, running on the beach and practicing Yoga.
	Karen Rege - Greetings! I was born, raised and educated in New England (Massachusettes), where I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree.  Soon afterward, I married a builder and we formed our own real estate company.  Real Estate has always been a passion for me, and although the majority of my business is from single family home sales, I have also sold many businesses and commercial properties. Since I relocated here over twenty-five years ago, I am familiar with all the "nooks and crannies" of this diverse area.  I pride myself with the abundance of satisfied clients that have used my services and would gladly send you referrals upon request.  I am a "people person" and a detailed oriented professional.  I am always available to help and advise.
	Lynda Scire - Office Manager/Administrative Asst. - Born in Brooklyn, New York, I moved to South Florida in 1976.  I am now considered a "Floridian".  I have been with Kroll Realty since 1984, responsible for running the day-to-day operation.  Part of my job includes handling the relocation of incoming and outgoing transferees locally and throughout the country.  I have represented Kroll Realty at several conventions throughout the United States.    In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and traveling the world with my husband.
	Brian Vito - Born in Montreal, Canada and raised in western New York State, I graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1968.  After serving with the 101st Airborne Division as a Combat Medic in Vietnam, I returned to South Florida.  I entered real estate in 1992 as a property manager with the expansion of the Fort Lauderdale Airport. At the conclusion of that project I entered real estate sales with the HUD Property Manager for Broward and Dade Counties.  I joined Kroll Realty  in 2002 and I specialize in commercial and residential real estate sales for investors and owner-occupants.
	Phil Whitaker - Born in Coral Gables, Florida, I am a true "Floridian"!  I am a graduate of Miami Dade Junior College, and I completed my formal education at the University of Florida in Aerospace Engineering.  I joined Kroll Realty in 1998, working for the founder, Carl Kroll.  We became fast friends!  With my past experiences, I quickly caught on to the complexities associated with real estate transactions, and immediately began making my name known in South Florida.  Since then, I have sold and leased millions of dollars in both commercial and residential real estate.  My motto is, "Ready to work for you".  I am truly a genuine South Florida native and real estate agent who knows and loves his native home.
